Summer 2024 Media Team

Using photography and videography, the Media Team will focus on the capturing of high quality media content that creates meaningful and lasting impressions for our campers, guests, staff, and volunteers.

Ranch and Nature Specialist

Summer 2024 Program Staff
The Summer Program Staff focuses on the implementation of high-quality programming operations that help create meaningful and lasting experiences for our campers, guests, staff, and volunteers. As a Ranch and Nature Specialist you will be expected to work in all activity areas but will receive more specific training in facilitation of the Spur Ranch and Stockyard and will have preference at both when it comes to daily activity assignments.
Maintenance

Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director at Morgan’s Camp will be responsible for supervising and guiding the maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping teams to ensure the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of the 102 acre campsite and all its buildings.

Maintenance Staff

Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, this role is responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and maintenance of Morgan’s Camp’s (MC) landscape and facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and beautiful site for all campers, guests, volunteers, groups, and staff.

Grounds Staff

The Grounds Staff supports the Maintenance Director in overseeing the physical care, maintenance, and appearance of the camp property. This position helps exceed guest expectations of the overall maintenance, cleanliness, ambiance, and beauty of the campsite.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping Staff

Under the direction of the Maintenance Director, Housekeeping Staff are responsible for the cleanliness, sanitization, and overall appearance of Morgan’s Camp (MC) property with the purpose of providing a safe and welcoming environment for campers, guests, volunteers, groups, and staff.

This position will focus on the implementation of high-quality programming operations that help create meaningful and lasting experiences for our campers, guests, staff, and volunteers.

Lodging at the Golf Hotel

Make lifelong friendships with people from all around the world during your stay at the Golf Hotel on-site at Morgan’s Camp!

The Golf Hotel is our two-story dormitory provided for our valued staff members.  Each floor has its own washer, dryer, kitchen and living room for staff to utilize during their stay.

As a member of our staff, you’ll share a room and private bath with two roommates who share the same passion for inclusion! 

Program Instructors are provided complimentary housing at the Golf Hotel during the working season. Program Staff is provided complimentary housing during their weekends worked.
