Summer 2026 Logistics Coordinator
Be the wheels that keep camp moving! As our seasonal Logistics Coordinator/Camp Driver, you’ll juggle shuttle runs, supply missions, and epic off-time adventures—part problem-solver, part tour guide, all heart—helping staff explore, connect, and make the most of their summer.
Summer 2026 Operations Support Staff
Operations Support staff play a hands-on role in the day-to-day upkeep and preparation of Morgan’s Camp. This is a seasonal, on-site position that focuses on ground-level operational tasks that keep Camp running smoothly.
Summer 2026 Program Staff
Lead engaging activities that inspire and challenge our campers while embodying the mission and values that define Morgan’s Camp. Program Staff are trained to adapt each activity and empowered to fit each campers needs so they may have a successful time at camp.
Summer 2026 Program Staff – Ranch and Nature Specialist
Lead engaging activities that inspire and challenge our campers while embodying the mission and values that define Morgan’s Camp. Program Staff are trained to adapt each activity and empowered to fit each campers needs so they may have a successful time at camp. As a specialist, you still engage across all parts of camp but will have our ranch and nature programs as your main focus.

Part-Time Ranch Staff
Assisting our Ranch Manager in the operation of ranch activities, and provide care and handling of the camp herd.
Summer Part-Time Operations Staff
Operations Staff are responsible for key day-to-day operational functions at Morgan’s Camp. This is a part-time, hourly position for summer 2026. Primary responsibilities include on-site transportation, Volunteer oversight, dining hall operations, and higher-level operation support.
Seasonal Part-Time Housekeeping Staff
Housekeeping Staff are responsible for the cleanliness, sanitization, and overall appearance of Morgan’s Camp (MC) property with the purpose of providing a safe and welcoming environment for campers, guests, volunteers, groups, and staff. Key aspect of this role’s focus includes frequent cleaning and sanitization of camp property in adherence to health and safety guidelines, equipment and supply upkeep, and overall beautification of MC.

Animal Care Specialist
Join the ranch team at Morgan’s Camp — caring for our animals, keeping the ranch running smoothly, and helping create safe, inclusive moments where campers experience the magic of nature and animal connection.
Housekeeping Staff
Join our Housekeeping Team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming experience for every guest. In this role, you’ll focus on maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of cabins, shared spaces, and camp facilities while supporting day-to-day operations.

Seasonal Staff Perks
Lodging at the Golf Hotel
Make lifelong friendships with people from all around the world during your stay at the Golf Hotel on-site at Morgan’s Camp!
The Golf Hotel is our two-story dormitory provided for our seasonal Program and Operations staff members. Each floor has its own washer, dryer, kitchen and living room for staff to utilize during their stay.
As a seasonal Program or Operations staff member, you’ll share a room and private bath with two roommates who share the same passion for inclusion!
For fall and spring, Program Instructors are provided complimentary housing at the Golf Hotel during their working season. Program Staff will receive complimentary housing during weekends they work. Summer seasonal staff such as Program, Operations, and Housekeeping, will be provided complimentary housing at the Golf Hotel for the duration of the summer season.
