Lodging
For MC Family Camps, each family will enjoy either their own cabin, if they stay in our smaller (Alamo) cabins, or their own side of a cabin if they stay in our larger (Bexar) cabins.
What To Expect When You Arrive at Camp
- Upon arrival at Camp, everyone will need to check-in. Check-in starts at 6 pm and closes at 8 pm on arrival day. Please eat dinner before you arrive, because we do not provide meals on arrival day.
- At check-in your family will be given a schedule of activities. Activities will only be offered during your scheduled session.
- Each family is responsible for their own medical needs, so make sure you come prepared for your family‘s medical needs. That includes over-the-counter medications. Our staff will have someone trained in basic first aid.
Meals
Specialty Food Services prepares all meals, which operates in our large, state-of-the-art kitchen here at Morgan’s Camp. Morgan’s Camp will provide meals during each Family Camp, starting with breakfast on the first full day of camp. The cost of all of your meals is included in the registration fee. We can accommodate most special diets, which will be collected after registration. Each cabin has a full-sized refrigerator, and you are more than welcome to bring your own snacks. However, you will not have access to cooking equipment inside your cabin.
